Job summary

Harvester is looking for a candidate to lead a kitchen team and develop the business with a structured six‑month training path to become Head Chef. You may already manage commercial catering or similar operations and must have the ability to drive and support district activities while training.

You will join a trusted family-favourite brand known for fresh rotisserie chicken, grills and a generous salad bar, with strong opportunities to grow within Mitchells & Butlers' pub and restaurant

Qualifications

Be a seasoned pro in leading a team and developing a business.
You may be currently working as a commercial catering manager, school kitchen manager, care home head chef, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager or the manager of an independent business or equivalent.
Be able to drive, in order to support business in your district whilst training.

Responsibilities

Across your 6 months of training, we will give you the tools to become a Head Chef who will…
Train and inspire your team to consistently deliver high-quality food to be proud of.
Be driven to smash targets with your team driving sales and guest satisfaction.
Manage food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
