My client, a beautiful 16th-century former coaching inn located 7 miles from Dorchester, requires a Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. The establishment is passionate about really good food & drink. The owners have a background rooted in providing first-class service, having worked in the heart of the City for a combined 35 years. Alongside great food, they offer a wide selection of wines from around the world, available by glass or bottle, and feature 3 local cask ales brewed by Palmers, always in the best condition.
