Role Overview

This role covers long-term sickness and future absences. The Head Cook will prepare, cook, and serve meals under supervision, supervise kitchen staff, and work within established guidelines with minimal supervision. Tasks are routine with limited creative input, involving routine information exchange.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus within budgets, order supplies, and control stock and portions
• Prepare meals per menu and dietary needs
• Supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain records and manage provisions
• Ensure good practices in food prep and kitchen use
• Order and check food deliveries
• Perform other duties as required
