They are seeking an innovative and passionate Head Chef to lead their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, a meticulous eye for detail, and a dedication to providing an extraordinary dining experience. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that the events are complemented by exquisite cuisine.

Key Responsibilities of a Head Chef:

  • Plan, cost manage and deliver all food production in both central and remote catering areas for events and on site catering outlets.
  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee cost control to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Stay updated with industry trends

What do we require from you?

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef from an events venue or event catering background
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Creative flair with a passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
