The Alma Inn is seeking a Head Chef Designate to lead the kitchens across The Alma Inn, Forest, and The Fleece. You will drive the menus, mentor teams and ensure top quality across multiple sites.

You will champion fresh regional produce, maintain high standards, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver exceptional hospitality. This role offers a competitive salary and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a proven leader with experience running a kitchen.
• Experience coaching and developing junior chefs.
• Excellent communication with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple sites and shifting priorities.
• Adept at delivering high standards with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen across The Alma Inn, Forest and The Fleece.
• Develop menus and weekly specials with the culinary team.
