Job summary

The Alma Inn is seeking a Head Chef Designate to lead culinary operations across its venues in the Pendle and surrounding areas. The role requires driving quality, consistency and excellence in our fresh-food kitchen while coordinating with site teams.

You will mentor chefs, manage day-to-day kitchen operations and contribute to menu development and cross-site collaboration. Competitive pay of up to £45,000 with service charge and tips is provided, plus extensive staff benefits and development

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fresh-food environment.
• Ability to coach and develop chefs and front-line staff.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Organised with the ability to multitask across sites.
