Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen at a high-end restaurant.
• Ability to develop menus using British produce and local suppliers.
• Proven track record achieving or maintaining top industry recognition (e.g., Rosettes).

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and staff management.
• Develop seasonal menus using local suppliers and farm produce.
• Drive high standards and guest experience in a five-day lunchtime service with selective evenings.
