Job summary

Genuine Dining is seeking a Head Chef in Central London to lead daily kitchen operations, supervise a dynamic team and deliver consistently high-quality meals across multiple concepts. The role focuses on creative menu development, fresh ingredients, and delivering exciting food experiences for guests.

The position is Monday to Friday daytime with regular service during peak hours and opportunities to contribute to events and product development within a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready for the next step.
• A genuine love of food.
• Strong leadership skills and a calm head during service.
• Experience with fresh food and menu development.
• High standards when it comes to food quality, food safety and organisation.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen day to day, leading a strong team and ensuring every service is something to be proud of.
• Lunch is busy and varied with multiple concepts running throughout the week; support hospitality, events and launches.
• Develop new dishes and keep an eye on current food trends to build a standout offer.
• Make the kitchen their own while receiving suitable support from the team.
