Qualifications

• Looking for an ambitious, creative and hands-on chef who knows how to get the best out of people and produce.
• Experience as Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef with proven track record.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and creative cooking.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Able to cost and deliver seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Manage kitchen rotas, training, food safety, and day-to-day standards.
• Commercial mindset with focus on GP, labour and kitchen controls.
• Energetic, creative, and pride-driven approach to cooking.
