Head Chef - Cambridgeshire - £45k

I am currently looking for a Head Chef who has experience and a passion for working with fresh ingredients across both hospitality and retail.

My client is one of the leading Independent Education Caterer’s and are recruiting for a stunning school in the heart of Cambridgeshire. The kitchen caters for 1000+ people daily. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 15 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·Currently at Head Chef level

·Have a proven background within independent education or Contract Catering

·Experience in both retail and hospitality

·Hold a current DBS

Working predominantly Monday to Friday, however with this being a boarding school, you will need to work occasional weekends to suit the demands of the business.
