Job Description

We are offering a great opportunity for a talented and ambitious Executive Chef to join an outstanding Contract Caterer based within one of Sussex's most prestigious independent schools.

The Head Chef will support the Executive Chef and lead a brigade of 14 in managing the daily culinary operations at the school. The site is friendly and prides itself on offering fresh, creative, and engaging food, with a strong focus on hospitality and events.

You will be responsible for delivering the highest quality student dining experience for over 900 students and 250 staff members.

Working Hours

The position requires working 5 out of 6 days, from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.
