Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare varied, nutritious menus suitable for residents' dietary needs.
• Lead and support kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and portion control effectively.
• Adapt menus for specific dietary requirements (e.g. soft food, allergies, diabetic needs).
