Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation and Cooking or willingness to achieve it.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the catering team.
• Manage rotas, food ordering, stock control, and waste.
• Deliver nutritious meals while managing allergies and dietary needs.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Build relationships with residents and support dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, COSHH and cross-infection procedures.
