Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of good kitchen practices and food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with residents to prepare home-cooked meals meeting dietary requirements.
• Write and plan weekly menus, manage stock and orders to minimise waste.
• Use creativity for regular theme nights and new dishes from around the world.
• Develop and manage the existing kitchen team.
