Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is opening Millstone Mews in Bourne and seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. You will plan, prepare and cook meals that meet residents' preferences and dietary needs, while managing the catering budget and ordering supplies.

You will supervise staff, foster a friendly work environment, and ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety and related regulations, contributing to a high-quality care home experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Experience supervising catering staff.
• Ability to plan nutritious meals for residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and cook a variety of meals appealing to residents' preferences and dietary needs.
• Lead and support the catering team and assist the General Manager with staff recruitment and development.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health and safety, COSHH, and Environmental Health standards.
