Are you a Sous Chef or Head Chef with strong events and retail (cafe/restaurant) experience?

My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join the team at one of their B&I sites.

I am looking for a Sous Chef or Head Chef candidate who has the following:

• A background in contract catering at a Sous Chef or Head Chef level

• Experience of managing a BOH team

• Strong events experience

• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

• Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Sous Chef or Head Chef position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
