Mitchells & Butler PLC is hiring a Head Chef for Pesto Dibbinsdale Inn on Wirral. You will lead the kitchen, inspire the team and ensure every dish meets the highest standards while delivering warm hospitality in a relaxed setting.

You will manage kitchen operations, train staff, work with a branded Italian menu, and uphold health and hygiene regulations. The role sits within our Innkeepers Collection and supports the attached hotel, with guest-focused service at its heart.

As Head Chef at Pesto Dibbinsdale Inn you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 12 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
