Dibbinsdale Inn is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team and deliver consistently high-quality Italian-inspired dishes. You’ll inspire your brigade, drive guest satisfaction and manage ordering, prep and stock control in a busy Brasserie setting attached to the 12-room Mitchells & Butler hotel.

This role is suitable for someone seeking their first Head Chef appointment, with opportunities to grow and benefit from staff discounts, pension and holiday entitlements.

As Head Chef atPesto Dibbinsdale Inn you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proudof. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all thefood that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas ofthe kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 12room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel aspart of the business.
