Job summary

Fendrod is seeking an Head Chef to lead the kitchen, inspire the team and ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is of the highest standard. You will manage all kitchen aspects and drive guest satisfaction with top-quality food.

• Oversee kitchen operations: food ordering, preparation and stock control
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency
• Ensure adherence to health and hygiene standards across all kitchen processes
