Hub Boxis looking for a dynamic Head Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, seafood, cocktails & craft beer right on the beach at the stunning Pentewan Sands, Cornwall.

As a Head Chef:

• Lead the kitchen ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised
• Lead, manage, coach, mentor & champion our standards & culture
• Recruit & select kitchen team members
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
• Develop & grow your team’s knowledge, experience & expertise
• Manage orders, stock takes & GP’s
• Craft the rotas to ensure the right people are in the kitchen at the right time
