As Head Chef, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, taking charge of recruiting, training, and developing the kitchen team to help them reach their full potential. You'll be responsible for delivering food of the highest quality, consistently exceeding guest expectations, and overseeing the profitability of the kitchen. This includes managing orders, deliveries, stocktaking, and controlling wastage.
In addition to leading by example, you will ensure the kitchen maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness and adheres to all Food Safety, Health & Safety regulations in line with both the law and company policy.
