Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring all prep and par are completed for each shift in line with the Head Chef's guidance. You will work closely with a dedicated, supportive team and help deliver a menu that delights our customers and makes their day.

What you'll bring

  • Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef, looking to step into a Head Chef role
  • Proficiency with fresh ingredients and strong chef skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
  • A proactive work ethic, leading by example and delivering excellent standards
  • Ability to manage through KPIs, making decisions on labour, stock, and food safety
  • Experience reporting on metrics like GPs, labour, and food prep
  • Successful track record in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs
