  • Has proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
  • Is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Is highly organised and thrives under pressure
  • Holds relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications (Level 3 Food Safety Certificate preferred)
