Location: Peterborough United FC
Rate of pay: £50,000-£55,000 per annum + 10% performance-related bonus
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard.
2. Ensure timely food production for smooth service.
3. Ensure availability of all necessary ingredients for menus.
4. Develop and plan menus aligned with client and customer expectations.
5. Be creative in menu planning, involving clients and customers.
6. Maintain pride in food quality and hygiene standards.
7. Manage the kitchen team effectively.
8. Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
9. Experience in a stadium environment is desirable.
