At Gather & Gather, we are recognized as one of the UK & Ireland's most distinctive workplace catering providers. We are passionate about delivering great food and coffee, and prioritizing our employees and customers. We are currently seeking a Head Chef for our location at Peterborough United FC.

Location: Peterborough United FC

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum + 10% performance-related bonus

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standards.
2. Ensure timely food production for smooth service.
3. Maintain availability of all necessary ingredients for menus.
4. Develop and plan menus aligned with client and customer expectations.
5. Be creative in menu planning, involving clients and customers.
6. Maintain pride in food quality and hygiene standards.
7. Manage the kitchen team effectively.
8. Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
9. Previous experience in a stadium environment is desirable.
