Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking an Experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and shape the culinary direction across our collection of dining venues in Nottingham. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences and mentor a dynamic kitchen team to maintain high standards of service and creativity.

The role requires proven Head Chef experience, strong culinary qualifications, leadership ability, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and team collaboration.
