Job summary

Restaurant Associates UK is seeking an ambitious Head Chef on a full-time basis (contracted to 40 hours per week) to lead an outstanding culinary service and craft exceptional food experiences while upholding brand standards and a positive kitchen culture.

You will manage menus, stock, budgets and safety, mentor your team, deliver diverse concepts to clients across premium workplaces, and ensure consistency with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Proven Head Chef experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and leadership in a busy kitchen.
