What we look for in a Head Chef:

This role requires someone who can inspire and lead a team by example, develop, cost, and produce fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams within the business.

  • Experience championing excellent service through quality food, as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Passion for leading and developing a team
  • Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
  • Responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
  • Creativity in designing and delivering new dishes
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to control GP and labour
  • Proactive in driving sales and growth through team engagement
