This is a rare opportunity to join us within a growing B&I contract. We require a seasoned Head Chef with B&I experience who is initially able to travel to Leeds for in-depth training and induction; all expenses will be paid.

Job Description

This is a seven-day operation requiring a Head Chef with multi-site experience to deliver a multi-million pound operation. We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can inspire and lead our team and share their experience.

WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:

• Achieve financial targets as per the client agreement and budget
• Monitor staff work, conduct appraisals, recognize training needs
• Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets and standards
• Work with your General Manager to prepare and maintain budgets and food costs
• Develop and improve all client services at the location

Qualifications

• Ability to get the best out of people and maximize opportunities
• Excellent kitchen management skills

• Experience in managing, training, and supporting teams
• Proven experience as an Exec Chef or Head Chef, ideally in Contract Catering, Events, Hotels, or Conferencing
