Marston's PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen team across our pubs. You will be responsible for raising the bar in food quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction, while managing and developing a motivated kitchen team.

You will play a key part in the pub management team, driving standards and delivering memorable experiences for guests. You’ll have previous Head Chef or Kitchen Manager experience, or be ready to step up from Sous/Second Chef, with a passion for creating great meals and a

• Proven ability to raise the bar on food quality and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.

Playing a key part in the pub management team, you'll strive to create memorable experiences that leave our guests wanting to come back for more.
