Job summary

Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You will manage food quality, hygiene and service standards, while developing a motivated kitchen crew and contributing to pub management.

The role offers a permanent salaried contract with a regular monthly salary, plus a range of benefits and career progression opportunities within Marston's.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef role or stepping up from Sous/Second Chef.
• Strong food hygiene standards and practices.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate a kitchen team while maintaining quality and speed of service.

As a Head Chef: You'll have experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or be ready to step up from a Sous/ Second Chef position.
