Job summary

Malmaison Manchester is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, ensure every dish is perfect and set the tone for each service. You will develop the team, drive quality and consistency in a branded, high‑end environment.

Experience in a similar quality establishment and in properties of comparable size within a branded environment is essential; there is a competitive salary and plenty of perks, including staff room rates and wellness benefits.
