Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef for the Fighting Cocks at Castle Pubs to lead a high-standard kitchen and inspire the team to deliver exceptional food. You’ll drive passion, maintain quality, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing all kitchen aspects.

As Head Chef at the Fighting Cocks you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.
