What you will do as a Head Chef at the Montagu Kitchen

• Oversee food costs, ensuring alignment with budget and the hotel’s business plan
• Lead seasonal menu changes, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to our offerings
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest dining experiences and maximize satisfaction
• Ensure all kitchen colleagues adhere to punctuality, uniform, and grooming standards
• Supervise and maintain service standards as outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual
• Train, coach, and mentor culinary colleagues, fostering skill development and engagement
