Job description

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week

A stunning B&I location in Central London for an international law firm, catering for approximately 150 people daily. We offer an extensive hot and cold breakfast and lunch with high-end hospitality. The role is a Monday to Friday operation.

We are seeking a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious London locations.

If you are a current Head Chef or Sous Chef experienced with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced environment, please apply today.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus. Creativity and the ability to showcase your skills are essential.

Key responsibilities:
  • Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch, and hospitality services.
  • Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, and following brand standards.
  • Adhere to company food standards and control wastage.
  • Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures.
  • Be a great team player.
Required skills:
  • A genuine interest in food and excellent customer service.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Innovation and passion for great food.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding and use of verbal English.
  • Competent in written English and reading skills.
  • Experience in customer service or food preparation environments is preferred.
