Greene King’s Pub & Carvery is seeking a Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during busy services and to motivate a team to deliver high-standard dishes.

You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, maintain stringent hygiene standards and communicate clearly to guarantee timely, quality meals for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and developing a high-performing team.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards in fast-paced environments.
• Clear communication with the team to deliver quality meals on time.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills for allergen controls.

• Skill and willingness to take on and adapt to challenges whilst working in a busy kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
