What we look for in a Head Chef:

This role requires someone who can inspire a team, bring out potential, and lead by example while developing, costing, and producing fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams within the business.

  • Experience championing excellent service through quality food, either as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • A passion for leading and developing a team
  • Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
  • Responsibility for managing kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety protocols
  • Creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls over GP and labor
  • Proactive approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
