Position: Head Chef

As a head chef, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will continuously coach and develop your team to reach their potential while driving performance and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You will influence and empower emerging leaders by providing training, coaching, and mentorship.
  2. Ensuring excellence in guest experience by maintaining exceptional standards in food preparation, and equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  3. Maintaining food, health, and safety standards in your kitchen, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
  4. Building and nurturing your team from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  5. Creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
  6. Being a forward-thinking problem solver capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
