What you will be doing:
The Head Chef oversees the entire operation of their YO! Kitchen and is ultimately responsible for the safety and well-being of our teams and guests.
You will lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring food quality, adherence to specifications, and excellence in every dish. Your goal is to create a happy, efficient team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will develop your team to achieve Super Squad status and manage restaurant profitability through effective control of food costs.
You should be comfortable working in all kitchen sections, capable of preparing fish, rice, sushi, and maintaining daily kitchen standards. You will run energetic shifts, inspiring your team and ensuring each part of the day delivers a memorable experience for guests and staff alike.
