Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during busy services. You’ll motivate and support your team to work cohesively, guaranteeing every dish meets the highest standards for our pub guests.

You will lead in a fast-paced environment, uphold rigorous hygiene, and drive a culture where quality and teamwork shine. This role anchors the kitchen operations across our community pubs, with ongoing training and development opportunities offered by a leading hospitality

• A keen eye for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers each and every time.
• Skill and willingness to take on and adapt to challenges whilst working in a busy kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
