Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen in Callander, Scotland. You’ll inspire and coach the team, ensuring every dish leaves the pass at the highest standard while maintaining pace during peak service.

You’ll manage hygiene, costs, and stock, and champion consistent flavour across our pub menus. This role offers career development within a nationwide family of pubs and inns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Keen eye for delivering tasty and well-presented meals.
• Willingness to take on and adapt to challenges.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
