Qualifications

As a Head Chef, you will…

• Lead the kitchen team, inspiring and motivating colleagues to deliver consistently excellent food and service.
• Plan, organise and manage the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Coach, develop and support your team, helping individuals reach their full potential.
• Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with the management team to drive food quality, team engagement and commercial performance.

What you'll bring to the kitchen:

• Experience as a Kitchen Team Leader looking to step into your first Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role, or previous experience managing a busy kitchen.
• A passion for developing and leading high-performing teams.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for producing high-quality, well-presented dishes every time.
