Job summary

wagamama is hiring a head chef in London to run the kitchen like your own, lead the team, smash service and ensure every bowl is something to be proud of. Fresh food, fast-paced, and no microwaves, just big energy and bigger flavours.

As head chef, you’ll lead the kitchen, coach the team to grow in skill and confidence, and keep service moving with a Kaizen mindset—seeing small improvements and making them happen.

Qualifications

• Seasoned head chef with leadership experience.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Proven track record of maintaining quality during peak service.
