Job summary

Metro Pubs is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, ensure high standards, and bring out the best in the team during peak service. You’ll set the pace, guide the cooks, and keep the grill, oven, and pass running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for training staff, maintaining hygiene, and delivering consistently tasty dishes. A strong communicator who can motivate, organise, and adapt to a fast-paced environment will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and developing a high-performing team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Good knowledge of food safety and allergens.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
