Greene King’s Chef & Brewer pubs are seeking a Head Chef to run the kitchen during busy service and to inspire a team to deliver dishes of the highest standard. You will lead operations, uphold hygiene and safety, and develop your team across our country-style pubs.

• Skill and willingness to take on and adapt to challenges whilst working in a busy kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
