Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Head Chef to lead our passionate BBQ brigade. You will run our bespoke kitchen, drive the menu and ensure the highest standards of food quality and consistency.

You’ll work with a talented team to deliver authentic, fresh BBQ dishes in one of the town's busiest venues. As part of the fast-growing Hickory's group, you’ll benefit from award-winning training, clear progression, and a culture that values work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant.
• Passion for authentic BBQ and high food quality.
• Ability to drive menu development and standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality BBQ dishes.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, health and safety compliance.
• Ensure consistency, presentation and taste across menus.
• Develop and train staff through the Hickory's Training Academy.

We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead our passionate brigade of BBQ enthusiasts, you will be responsible for running our bespoke kitchen, and delivering the very best food that our Smokehouse can offer. You will be working with and leading the team to deliver authentic fresh food-based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town.
