Hickory's Smokehouse in Gamston, Nottingham, is looking for a Head Chef Designate to lead our BBQ-focused kitchen and brigade, delivering the very best fresh food and maintaining the high standards of a busy restaurant.

You will head the kitchen, train the team, and drive menu execution while benefiting from a generous package including Tip Jar and uncapped bonus, plus progression opportunities and staff meals.

You will be working with and leading the team to deliver authentic fresh food-based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town.
