Hickory's Smokehouse is opening a brand-new Head Chef-led kitchen in Garforth. You will lead a passionate brigade, manage the opening menu, and drive exceptional service across a busy BBQ-focused operation.

We seek an experienced Head Chef who can build a team from scratch, oversee food quality, and contribute to ongoing training and development within a dynamic, award-winning group.

Qualifications

• Previous Head Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen brigade.
• Strong knowledge of BBQ techniques and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bespoke kitchen for the new opening.
• Build and manage the kitchen team from scratch.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food and service.

We've got an exciting new Smokehouse opening early next year, and we're looking for a Head Chef who wants to be part of it from the very beginning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get a brand-new opening under your belt, build your kitchen team from scratch and help shape a restaurant from day one.

We're looking for a Head Chef to lead our passionate brigade of BBQ enthusiasts, you will be responsible for running our bespoke kitchen, and delivering the very best food that our Smokehouse can offer. You will be working with and leading the team to deliver an authentic, fresh food-based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town.
