Platinum Recruitment has partnered with a premium country pub in Cobham, Surrey, to recruit a hands-on Head Chef who will lead from the front and inspire the kitchen team.

The role offers a salary of £45,000–£50,000 plus a quarterly bonus up to £4,000 and a variable Tronc, with enhanced maternity/paternity pay, health cover, and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the kitchen team.
• Creating and costing seasonal menus.
• Delivering consistently high-quality food using fresh ingredients.
• Managing stock, GP and kitchen performance.
• Running busy services and leading by example.
• Training both BOH and FOH teams on new menu launches.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
