Headstart Recruitment Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant. This full-time role suits an accomplished Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to assume leadership of a high-performing kitchen brigade.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive menu development, manage costs, and uphold top-tier safety and hygiene standards to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a renowned establishment.

Qualifications

• Head Chef experience or strong Senior Sous Chef experience in a high-quality restaurant.
• Michelin-starred or high-end fine-dining experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and kitchen management experience.
• Strong understanding of seasonal produce.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering food to an exceptional standard.

Location: Central London. Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum. Contract: Full-time, Permanent. . Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up and take responsibility for leading a high-performing kitchen brigade. .
